Our Story

Emerald Coast Cleaning Co. started with a simple observation: national maid brands and quickly-scaled vacation rental cleaners weren't built for what coastal Florida homes actually need. Salt air, humidity, sand, and the constant flow of guests through beachfront properties demand a different service.
We built the company around three commitments: hire W-2 employees (never subcontractors), train them personally on premium materials and coastal challenges, and treat every home — full-time residence, second home, or short-term rental — like a five-star property.
Today our teams service homes and businesses from Pensacola Beach to Panama City Beach, with dedicated luxury and vacation-rental divisions serving 30A, Destin, Miramar Beach and Inlet Beach.
