When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we collect your name, phone, email, service address, and any notes you share about your home. When you call, we log the phone number for callback purposes.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to quote, schedule, deliver and follow up on cleaning services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Text messages
If you text us, standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of scheduling reminders.
Data retention
We retain customer records for as long as you are an active client and for up to seven years after your last service for tax and warranty purposes.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@emeraldcoastcleaning.co.
