The three stages: rough, final and post-punch
Rough clean happens after drywall and paint but before finish carpentry — the goal is to remove bulk debris, sweep and vacuum every room, remove stickers and protective films, and prepare the space for trim, cabinetry and flooring installation. Final clean happens after all trades are complete and before the client walkthrough — the goal is to deliver a photograph-ready home with every surface detailed, every fixture polished, every window streak-free, and every floor finished to the correct standard for the surface. Post-punch clean happens after the client or inspector walkthrough — the goal is to address any spots flagged on the punch list and re-detail high-visibility areas so the home is truly move-in ready.
Cleaning checklist

Equipment, chemistry and safety
Post-construction work requires equipment most cleaning companies do not carry. HEPA vacuums are mandatory to capture construction dust that would otherwise recirculate for weeks. Razor blades and specialty adhesive removers are used to clear glass without scratching. Rotary scrubbers and buffers finish tile, polished concrete and stone. Our teams wear full PPE — respirators, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats where required — and follow OSHA-compliant chemistry protocols. Every product used on your job site comes with SDS documentation, and we carry insurance appropriate for construction-site work including workers compensation and commercial general liability.
