Scope of service
We perform residential and commercial cleaning services as scoped in your quote or booking. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it starts.
Scheduling & cancellation
Recurring cleanings can be rescheduled or skipped with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled window may be charged a 50% service fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of each service via credit card, ACH or approved commercial account. Recurring service invoices are billed after each visit.
Satisfaction guarantee
If anything is missed or below standard, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
Liability
We are fully licensed, bonded and insured in Florida. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.
