Move-in cleaning is a full-scope deep clean of an empty home. Inside every kitchen cabinet, drawer and pantry shelf is hand-wiped. Interior of the oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher is degreased and sanitized. Every bathroom is deep-scrubbed, tubs and tile detailed, grout brushed, and fixtures descaled. Baseboards, door frames, doors and light switches are hand-wiped throughout the property. Interior windows, sills and tracks are cleaned. Floors are vacuumed and mopped with the correct product for each surface — pH-neutral on natural stone, oil-safe on hardwood, disinfectant on tile. Optional add-ons include carpet hot-water extraction, exterior window cleaning and pressure washing of entry walkways.

For clients closing on a new construction home, we recommend scheduling the move-in clean after the builder's final punch-list is complete but before the furniture delivery.
