Kitchen: run and empty dishwasher; wipe counters, stovetop and range hood; polish sink; wipe inside microwave; restock coffee, filters, dish soap, sponges and paper towels; check refrigerator for guest leftovers; stage staging items per photo book.
Bathrooms: scrub tubs, showers, tile and grout; polish glass and mirrors; disinfect toilets; fold fresh towels; restock toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
Bedrooms: strip and remake with fresh linens; hotel-style pillow stack and tri-fold; vacuum under bed and along baseboards; wipe nightstands and lamps.
Living areas: vacuum couches and cushions; wipe electronics and remotes; polish glass tables; sweep and mop hard floors; stage per photo book.
Exterior: sweep balcony; wipe outdoor furniture; check grill; take trash and recycling to curb; send photo-verified completion report.
